- What is matka biryani?
- Matka biryani is rice and meat layered in a clay pot (matka), then sealed so steam cooks everything slowly. At Bin Qasim Kitchen we cook it to order in Islamabad. You open the pot at the table.
- How many people does 1 KG of matka biryani serve?
- Our 1 KG matka biryani usually serves about 7–8 people. Half KG serves about 4–5. For a bigger dawat, order more than one pot or ask us for a custom size.
- Why do I need to order 1 day ahead?
- The pot is sealed and cooked slowly. That takes time. Please place your order 1 day ahead so we can shop, soak, layer, and cook without rushing.
- Where do you deliver?
- We deliver in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Pickup is from PHA Officers Residencia Society, Kuri Road, PHA Officers Residencia, Islamabad.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is calculated at checkout from the pin of our kitchen on Kuri Road. Nearby areas can be free. Farther parts of Islamabad and Rawalpindi have a fee. If you are outside the zone, choose pickup or WhatsApp us.
- Where do I pick up?
- Pickup is at PHA Officers Residencia Society, Kuri Road, PHA Officers Residencia, Islamabad. Please bring your order number.
- How can I pay?
- We take 50% advance (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank). The remaining 50% is cash when we deliver or when you pick up. You can also pay the full amount in advance if you prefer.
- Can I bring my own meat (making service)?
- Yes. Choose Making Service on the menu. You bring the meat as written on the item, and we cook matka biryani or curry. Still order 1 day ahead.
- What is the Wednesday lunch deal?
- On Wednesdays we offer a Beef Pulao + Zarda box for 1:30 PM only. Add it from the menu and pick a Wednesday date at checkout.
- Do you make custom dishes or catering?
- Yes. We cook dishes to your taste for family dinner, office lunch, milad, aqiqa, or a shaadi. Use the Custom page or WhatsApp us 1 day ahead.
- How do I confirm my order?
- After checkout you get an order number. WhatsApp us on 0302-1248816 if you want a quick confirmation.
