Chicken Matka Biryani is the pot most first-time guests open at Bin Qasim Kitchen.
We layer tender chicken with basmati and whole spices, then seal the clay matka so steam does the slow work.
This is not a rush degh from a hotel steam pot.
You pre-order 1 day ahead from our kitchen in PHA Officers Residencia, Islamabad.
We deliver across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, or you pick up on Kuri Road.
Half KG suits a small family (about 4–5).
1 KG is the usual Sunday table (about 7–8).

How we cook it
