Beef pulao vs biryani: what is the difference?
Biryani layers meat and rice with a stronger masala and, in our kitchen, a sealed matka. Pulao is a gentler, stock-led rice.
Our Wednesday deal is Beef Pulao with zarda — a lunch box, not a ceremonial pot opening. Beef Matka Biryani is the weekend lid.
Choose pulao when you want something lighter for office 1:30 PM. Choose the matka when guests are coming and you want the steam moment.
Both are cooked in Islamabad and can be delivered in Rawalpindi. Both need planning. The deal is Wednesday-only; the matka is any day with 1 day’s notice.
